Project's Activities:

WP1 – Project Management & Coordination

WP1 lays the foundation for the successful implementation of OINOVATE by ensuring effective coordination, communication, and collaboration among all project partners. Through strong management structures and quality assurance processes, the work package supports the smooth delivery of project activities and helps achieve the project’s objectives while fostering a shared vision across all participating countries.

WP2 explores the current and future needs of the European wine sector by analysing skills gaps, labour market trends, and regional challenges. By engaging stakeholders from education, industry, and public authorities, the project will identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to the development of a stronger and more responsive skills ecosystem for viticulture and wine production

WP3 focuses on creating innovative vocational training programmes that respond to the evolving needs of the wine industry. New learning resources, training modules, and educational methodologies will be developed to promote green, digital, and entrepreneurial skills, helping learners and professionals adapt to the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly changing sector.

WP4 brings learning into practice through the implementation of training activities for learners, professionals, and educators. The work package aims to strengthen technical expertise, sustainability knowledge, and digital competences while supporting the continuous professional development of trainers. Through pilot activities and practical learning experiences, participants will gain valuable skills for the future of viticulture.

WP5 creates a dynamic European learning environment that connects learners, educators, researchers, and industry stakeholders. Through the OINOVATE Digital Academy, participants will have access to innovative learning resources, digital tools, networking opportunities, and collaborative activities that encourage knowledge sharing and lifelong learning across the European wine sector.

WP6 ensures that OINOVATE’s achievements reach a wide audience and generate lasting impact. Through communication campaigns, events, stakeholder engagement, and dissemination activities, the project will raise awareness of its results and promote their uptake across Europe. The work package also focuses on ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project’s outcomes beyond its lifetime.
